EC Garrett is an Alaskan transplant now living in Kansas City, MO. A bestselling author and winner of the Writer's Digest Self Published Author 2024 award in mainstream/speculative fiction, ECG specializes in Dark Romantasy, Gothic Romance, Sci-Fi Romance, Horror Erotica, and more.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in English Literature with a focus in Early Modern and Medieval Literature in 2016 and is currently attending UMKC for her Masters in English: Print, Manuscript Culture, and Editing with an additional Graduate Certificate in Medieval and Early Modern Studies.
