Vendor Applications

Boozy Book Fest is a one-day, con-style book festival taking place October 3, 2026 at Bartle Hall in Kansas City, MO. The event brings together 5,000+ readers, author programming, panels, fireside chats, signings, and a curated vendor market.

Vendor applications are open to booksellers, authors, publishers, and book-adjacent creators whose work aligns with the audience and scale of the event.

Vendor Booth Options & Fees

  • 6×6 booth: $100

  • 8×8 booth: $150

  • 10×10 booth: $200

  • Optional table add-on: $25

 

Electricity and additional services, if needed, will be coordinated separately.

Application & Selection Process

Vendor space is limited and curated to ensure a strong experience for attendees and vendors alike.

  • Applications close June 2026

  • Acceptances and rejections will be sent after applications close

  • Fees are due only upon acceptance

  • Vendors keep 100% of their sales
